• The processing phase begins once we have all the necessary information to complete your order. If approval pictures are required, processing starts after you approve the order for bulk production.
• Delays can occur due to unpaid balances, lack of response to approval pictures, or changes to your order.
• The stated time frames are based on average processing times from the majority of our orders but are not guaranteed since each order is unique.
• Please order well in advance of your desired date to avoid complications. Not receiving uniforms by your desired date does not warrant a refund as we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

When placing an order, you may have the option to customise your products. You can add your customisation details on the product page and choose the options you want.

Adding Details:

• For options like adding numbers and player names, enter the details in the text box that appears when you select those options.
• Alternatively, reply to your order confirmation email with the information after checkout.

Format for Sending Details:
If you need to send details after placing your order, follow this format:

• For example, if you ordered 2 size SM and 2 size MD with numbers and player names, send the details like this:

Approval Process:

• If you choose to receive pictures for approval or mock-ups, it adds 2 business days to processing.
• For some products, receiving pictures for approval is mandatory.
• Adding a logo to any product requires approval pictures to ensure you are happy with the design before bulk production.

Logo Requirements:

• Adding a logo can take an additional 7-10 business days to process your order.
• Upload a vectorized AI or EPS file to avoid an art fee and ensure the best possible printing.
• If you can’t provide an AI or EPS file, our graphic designer can fix your logo for a one-time art fee of $29.95.

• Upload logos in proper vector format for the best printing results.
• Ensure all customisation details are clear to avoid delays.
