We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Non-defective products, including personalized or custom-designed items, are not eligible for returns.To initiate a return for a defective product:

  • Provide your order number, details of the defect, and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

ExchangesWe offer exchanges for items in new condition that meet our return eligibility criteria. Personalized or custom-designed products are excluded from exchanges.To request an exchange:
